Every year a put on a BIG Shindig for the Top Sellers and Recruiters in my downline. I pick a different theme every year, last year we had a Japanese themed event. This year – we're having a Backyard Western Event inspired by a dear friend's wedding theme I recently attended. The girls that attend get spoiled rotten and have a blast! Here are the invitations that I made up for this special day:
ALY'S HELPFUL HINTS:
- I thought there was no need for me to have the new Build-A-Bear Designer Paper…. until I started to prepare for this Country event and discovered the FABULOUS Poppy Parade checked pattern paper!! It was just too perfect, so I had to get it for these cards and other projects we'll be doing the day of… now to figure out to do with all of the rest! I guess I better have a paper doll party for some little girls in the area!
- To give an aged look to the cardstock and paper, I sponged on some More Mustard Classic Ink. This step is really what "did it" for the card!
- I'm totally digging the the new Poly Twill 1/2" Ribbon… it's just delish!! I've used the Poppy Parade Color on this card to coordinate…. mmm, mmm!
