First, we had the 1st Summer Bash Session (still getting ready for another one next week!) Here are some highlights from The Bash at the Rochester Location:

The other event we had was our Heartfelt Stamper's Team Stamp Fest to kick off the new Stampin' Up! Year! Here are some highlights from this one! You can see our adorable new future Demonstrator!!

One of my favorite things about being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator is the incredible Team I'm apart of. Everyone works together, cares about each other, and loves the fellowship we have together! It's truly a TEAM!!

So this video is one big highlight of The Heartfelt Stamper's Spring Retreat Weekend. It's much too difficult to capture the excitement and energy in photos – putting a video together seemed to be the only way!

So the "Name Badge Runway…" yeah, what a HOOT wasn't it!?!? Oh my goodness I was in hysterics the entire time – never in a million years did I expect everyone to have THAT much fun with it!!! The whole idea of it was I mailed everyone a piece of chipboard  a couple of weeks before the retreat and they were instructed to use it in any way they wished to create a Stampin' Up! made Name Badge for themselves…

While, when they got there Friday Night little did they know how they would be used! Out came the Name Badge Runway and everyone took turns walking down it to music… Jen was in on it and brought a Black Boa with her… it saved the day and helped everyone to get into it! But in the process it just became so silly that there was no real judging of the name badges (our judges got a bit carried away with their number ratings as you could see in the video) so we ended up just drawing names for the winners, but EVERYONE was a winner!

I was much too busy laughing and videotaping to really focus on the name badges so did a terrible job at taking still photos… so I only have 2 to share with you, but here they are!

So to start off, here are some Welcome photos!!!

Our Retreat Weekends are the kind of event people fly in for – so on Thursday Night I had a crew of girls fly in and stay at my home so that they were here for when we started on Friday afternoon! They ended up getting put to work helping me put the finishing touches on things – here they are preparing everyone's project bags! All of the attendees received these totes with cut material packets for all of their classes for the entire weekend…

Friday morning loading up the cars was a chore and a half!! We couldn't even get everything in mine, Jen had to load her car up with passengers and their luggage! Here's my poor car's cargo…

Then it was off to the lodge! Here's a look at our home for the weekend!

Everyone got settled into their bedrooms, look at the massive lodging we have! The ENTIRE upstairs is bedrooms and bathrooms!

I put a different "Room Sign" on each of the doors using Stampin' Up! Designer Papers…

Then it was off to getting the stamping space set up! Here's a look at the "Bonus Stations" — I had set up these long tables with bonus projects for people to complete during down time in the evenings or in between classes — whenever they had a break!

We also had tons of Display Boards set up for inspiration, I had shared that in yesterday's highlights post… Then as people came in, they each got a Stampin' Up! Product on their back…

Then they were able to ask each person 1 yes or no question to try and guess what product they were! When they found out what product they were, they came for me for a little welcome gift – a Satin Ribbon Sampler!

And that was all just the beginning!! Tomorrow I will be sharing you highlights from our "Paris Nights" Dinner Party which include LOTS of 3-D Stamping Project ideas!!

Jen Rios Raner led our card project this month, here she is teaching us how to use the Tulipe Die negative for stenciling!

And here is her fantastic creation that we each made!

I can't share the technique page or the 3-D project that we did here, that's exclusive for attendees and Out of State Team Members – one of the many perks of being on our Team! But I will share with you the cover of my Technique book. I issued a "Technique Cover Contest" for each of the girls that attended, they were all given a blank cover and then this month need to decorate it in whatever way they wish, then we'll be voting on our favorites at our Retreat Weekend and giving out free prizes to the winners!
