Sorrow Bird
A couple of weeks ago I shared with you the Motif Prayers that we made at our November Card Ministry Night. It's time to share the other card that we made that evening! We were most in need of Get Well and Sympathy Cards, so that's where our focus was.

ALY'S HELPFUL HINTS:
- Can't decide which color of ribbon to use? Use both! Instead of cutting one color the length you want it to be, cut two pieces of ribbon each half the length that you need them. Tack each ribbon behind the cardstock with SNAIL Adhesive – and then tie them together — two toned ribbon!
- To help your sentiment "pop" try embossing your words as shown here.
- This stamp set "Bird on a Branch" is a 2-Step Stamp Set – use each image in it's own color, layering them together to get a multi-toned focal point.
- Don't have thread to tie through your button hole? No need! Simple cut away the "piping" edge of ribbon and you have your very own piece of makeshift thread that will fit easily through your button holes! Here's a picture to illustrate what I'm describing:
