Easter Fancy

Cards using "Flower Fancy" 2 days in a row!! I can't say that I do that often! But I just loved how the first one turned out, that I wanted to keep playing with this stamp set and Designer Paper paired together, so decided to start on some Easter Cards!

This one is pretty darn self explanatory… I think the only thing to point out is that the center of the flower is Crystal Effects and Dazzling Diamonds Glitter – a fun combo!

You'll have your choice of greetings – create Easter Cards, Mother's Day Cards or just sentiment-free cards to be sent at any time this spring – the choice is entirely yours!

Chocolate Bunny Delight!

Last month at our Team Fabric Day we had a SWAP (of course!) and I received this darling card from one of my Team Members, Patty Braun. Didn't Patty do an awesome job!?

ALY'S HELPFUL HINTS:

• We've been giving Patty a hard time lately because she has been adding Shimmer Paint Mist to EVERYTHING — this card was no exception!! Dear, sweet, Patty spritzed EVERY LAYER with this Shimmer Paint Mist (we really do love you, Patty!). How do you make Shimmer Paint Mist of your own? Put Rubbing Alcohol in a spray bottle and add some drops of Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint (YES, it's STILL AVAILABLE!!!), mix it up and spritz! I'm teaching this technique for one of my U Pick 2 Projects, contact me to schedule a time to learn it for yourself!
• I also just love how Patty created the "grass" – the leaf image she used is from the stamp set "Great Friends" and she just pounced it all over the bottom in different colors – very nice!

Shimmer Paint Availability:

The Shimmer Paint was first introduced in the Holiday Mini Catalog. Even though it is not pictured in a current catalog, it is STILL AVAILABLE as a catalog write-in!! This is terrific news because I just use this paint to death (particularly the Champagne Mist). Here it is if you forgot how it's sold!
